Why choose mediation?

The mediator (who is a neutral third party) will attempt to assist the parties in exploring matters related to their dispute and further attempt to arrive at a mutually acceptable resolution. The mediator has no authority to impose a decision on the disputing parties. The mediator will assist the parties in exploring matters related to the dispute and exploring settlement possibilities in attempting to arrive at a mutually acceptable resolution to the dispute.
